Professor Becky Francis CBE (FBA, FAcSS, PhD) is Chief Executive Officer of the Education Endowment Foundation.

Anne-Laure is the Director of Finance and Operations. She joined the EEF in May 2013.

Chris is responsible for integrating and overseeing the EEF’s impact and mobilisation activities. 

Emily is EEF’s Director of Research and has worked at the EEF in various roles for nine years. 

Igraine (Iggy) leads the EEF’s Programmes team and is the EEF’s Designated Safeguarding Lead. 

Amy leads the EEF’s delivery of the Accelerator Fund, a recovery initiative to increase school access to evidence-based programmes.

Kath is the Post-16 Lead in the EEF’s Programmes team.

Ben oversees programmes being evaluated through the Accelerator Fund and manages a range of programmes.

Aoife oversees programmes being evaluated through the Early Years Stronger Practice Hubs initiative, manages a range of programmes and leads the EEF’s programmes work on two themes: Literacy and Teacher Recruitment and Retention.

Jamila leads EEF’s programme work on two themes: Learning Behaviours and Implementation.

Katie manages a range of programmes and leads the EEF’s programmes work in Science.

Amy manages a range of grants and leads the EEF’s work on education technology (EdTech).

Thomas manages a range of grants and leads the EEF’s programmes work in Parental Engagement, Communication and Language, and Early Literacy.

Toby manages a range of programmes and grants and leads the EEF’s programmes work on SEND, Teaching Assistants, and Self Regulation and Executive Function in the early years.
